Panj:

Volume: 500 cfs to 5000cfs depending on place and season
The Panj in the Wakhan Corridor starting at the town of Vrang is mostly easy whitewater. About 30 km downstream of the town of Ishkashim the river narrows and goes through some big rapids and then long flats. This pattern of big rapid and then long flat continues as far as the Dushanbe-Khorog road and beyond as seen from the Dushanbe-Khorog flight.
